  The Pinot Grigio 1l from Cantina di Custoza is a prime example of the consistent quality of this cooperative founded in 1968, sourcing its grapes from the calcareous morainic hills south of Lake Garda. These mineral-rich soils give the wine a straw-yellow color with delicate coppery reflections and an elegant bouquet characterized less by heavy fruit aromas and more by fine notes of pear, acacia blossoms, and a hint of almond.

In terms of taste, it impresses with its dry, linear nature, which remains particularly fresh and unadulterated due to deliberate aging in stainless steel tanks.
