Blauburgunder DOC 2021

The grapes of this single-varietal Pinot Noir, also known as Pinot Nero or Pinot Noir, come from old vineyards in the Eppan - Girlan growing area. A 20-day maceration in stainless steel tanks is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for several months in large oak barrels. It presents itself with a splendid ruby red color, an animating nose typical of the variety with fine berry aromas and an elegant taste with a long finish. - Gerardo [TS06/22]

Riserva Glen is fine, fresh on the nose, with an elegant sweetness reminiscent of mallow. A Pinot Noir in search of authenticity, without the use of wood during fermentation and aging.
