This elegant sparkling wine, produced according to the Metodo Classico (120 months), is based exclusively on grapes from the Lessini hills. The aroma is reminiscent of dried fruit, acacia and a hint of honey, underpinned by balanced acidity and minerality. The long bottle ageing in the estate's own underground caves contributes to the complexity of this sparkling wine, which can be tasted right through to the long finish. - Gerardo [TS01/14]
