The color is pale straw yellow and tends to greenish. The taste is dry, fresh, vinous and with relatively high acidity (in the sense of refreshing). It recalls all the nuances of lemon and orange tree flowers. On the palate it is received as pleasantly fresh. Cold appetizers and sweet and sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish and baked fish, soups (especially vegetable puree). - Gerardo
