Straw yellow with light greenish reflections. Pleasant and very elegant aroma, rich in nuances reminiscent of meadow flowers, mugwort, cherry tree, apricot and apple. Our experience shows that the bouquet is enriched by aging with meadow herbs, aromatic leaf spices and dried fruit. A wine for the aperitif, it goes well with a range of light appetizers. In terms of Friulian cuisine often paired with soups, egg dishes, blue or freshwater fish, even baked. - Gerardo [TS10/18]
