Jermann's iconic white wine, known as 'W...Dreams...', is made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes and thrives on soils consisting mainly of marl and sandstone. These soils, which originate from an Eocene flysch formation, have been transformed into the “ponca” typical of the region. The wine is matured in small French oak barrels, which gives it its special structure.
The wine has a bright straw-yellow color. The bouquet captivates with its charm and complexity, characterized by exotic aromas of ripe fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastries. On the palate, the wine confirms the impressions of the nose and enriches them with fresh, persistent aromas with noble nuances. - Gerardo [TS10/22]
