Chardonnay Venezia Giulia IGT 2023

  Jermann's Chardonnay from Friuli-Venezia Giulia is a white wine that impresses with its clear lines and refined aromas. It has a light straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections and develops a bouquet of ripe yellow apples, banana, and light spice. It is mainly aged in stainless steel tanks, which allows the typical fruitiness of the variety to remain clear and unadulterated. The grapes come from calcareous and marly soils, which give the wine a mineral depth and beautiful structure.

On the palate, the Chardonnay is elegant and balanced, with lively acidity and a good balance between freshness and fullness. Its body is intense without being too heavy, with a lingering finish that combines fruit and minerality in equal measure.
