This Chardonnay presents itself in a bright straw yellow with a fine greenish shimmer. Its intense, fruity bouquet is characterized by a light aromatic note that perfectly accentuates the natural aroma of the grape variety. The harmonious balance between freshness and fullness makes it an expressive representative of its kind.
On the palate, it develops an elegant structure with fine acidity and a pleasant fruity richness that lingers for a long time. It is an ideal accompaniment to traditional and modern fish sauces, shellfish and creamy vegetable dishes.
