The South Tyrolean Sauvignon Stern presents itself in the glass with a brilliant straw-yellow color, which already indicates the freshness and liveliness of this wine. Its bouquet is typical of the variety and is reminiscent of elderflower, cassis and exotic fruit, while a hint of gooseberry perfectly complements the complexity. On the palate, it is fruity and juicy, with a salty undertone that gives it an appealing depth.
