This wine is the result of combining several crus of the winery that the grandfather Ernesto called in Piedmontese 'autin bej': the most beautiful and sunny vineyards of the family.

This is a Barbaresco as it was made in the past, combining particularly suitable and in this case high altitude vineyards to combine the best characteristics of the great Nebbiolo in a single wine.

Deep garnet red color with old pink reflections on the rim; intense fruity bouquet reminiscent of raspberry and jam and violets. In this vineyard, located in one of the most famous Langa crus in the world, began the history of Ca' del Baio, and in this wine is the precious fruit of the oldest vines, refined and elegant.

Pora · Barbaresco DOCG 2020

The Barbaresco Riserva 'Pora' is the result of a very special challenge: the grapes of a plot from the year 1980 of the Cru site 'Pora' were vinified and aged separately, modern vinification meets handed down tradition. For this strictly limited product, the trend towards more and more barrique was reversed and instead, the wine was partially aged in large wooden barrels.
