Pinot Blanc is the calling card of South Tyrol and pleases with its delicate aroma with a light scent of apple blossom. Girlan's most common grape variety produces wines of lively flavor, ideal as an aperitif as well as with meat or fish. - Gerardo [TS06/22]
Gerardo's Notes: Pinot Blanc is the most cultivated white grape variety in Girlan. Also called Pinot-Bianco, it produces compact grapes with small greenish berries. The delicate aroma is slightly reminiscent of apple blossoms, while the taste is always supported by the fresh acidity.
