Weißburgunder DOC 2025

  The Pinot Bianco from the Girlan Winery is a classic white wine that embodies the typical characteristics of the South Tyrol region. The grapes come from the high altitudes around Girlan, at around 450 to 500 meters above sea level, where calcareous and clayey soils and the continental climate offer ideal conditions for growing this grape variety. After harvesting by hand, the grapes are gently pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's freshness and fruitiness. The wine is also aged in stainless steel, which gives it its clear structure and minerality.

In the glass, the Pinot Blanc presents itself in a light straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is characterized by delicate aromas of green apples, citrus fruits, and a hint of flowers. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a fine acidity and a pleasant minerality that gives it a certain depth. The finish is harmonious and of medium length.
