The sparkling yellow-green appearance of this Sauvignon is impressive. Its aroma is enticingly exotic, with a multi-layered fruit of mango, papaya, lime and red grapefruit. Herbal aromas reminiscent of lemongrass, lemon balm, mint and green tea are also clearly perceptible. It also reveals mineral flint notes combined with a hint of gooseberry. On the palate, there is an extremely interesting interplay. The juicy fruit aromas combine with the delicate minerality to create a remarkable harmonious fullness and give the wine a powerful and long finish. - Gerardo [TS10/23]
