Gewürztraminer Nussbaumer is one of the few wines that can compete with the best Gewürztraminers from Alsace - and the ones that actually succeed come from the sun-drenched vineyards of South Tyrol. In the glass, this exceptional white wine presents itself in an intense golden yellow that visually announces its rich nature. On the nose, the Nussbaumer unfolds a fascinating kaleidoscope of aromas reminiscent of lush rose petals, ylang ylang, ripe yellow exotic fruit, honeydew melon and mango. This opulent spectrum is also harmoniously accompanied by complex notes of dried herbs, ginger, saffron, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. With its deep aromatics, the Nussbaumer is full-bodied and rich in extract, while at the same time displaying a fine, spicy juiciness and salty minerality that makes it particularly lively. As it matures, this wine develops even more complexity and nuances, making it a remarkable experience.
