Description Lagrein (12,5%): The Lagrein from Tramin shows a ruby red color in the glass. This powerful red wine has a pleasant fullness and a persistent, round taste. Recommended with game dishes, dark meats and hard cheeses.
Description Merlot (13%): A Merlot of garnet to dark red color. In the aroma it reminds of wild wine as well as cherry and currant. The taste is full-bodied and tart. Well suited to wild fowl or game, great also with spicy cheeses.
Description Cabernet-Sauvignon (13%): Typical South Tyrolean Cabernet of ruby color and the familiar cassis hints in the aroma. Dry, medium-bodied and well-structured on the palate. - Gerardo [TS12/23]
