In the Mediterranean climate of Kurtatsch, the Merlot fruit core puts on flesh and richness, the flattering soft tannins flow roundly across the palate. An earthy note, reminiscent of porcini mushrooms, refers to its 'terroir,' its Kurtatsch grounding. - Gerardo [TS07/17]
