Pinosé - the new Pinot Noir Rosato from Kurtatsch is already sold out shortly after release. The color is an inviting, light coral red. The aroma is of ripe red fruits such as raspberries and wild berries. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with some tannins. Gerardo's Notes: 150 years ago, the first Pinot Noir vines were planted in South Tyrol. Cool microclimate islands proved to be the ideal location for this demanding grape variety. In the alternation of Mediterranean daytime warmth and cold nights, the aromas become denser without losing their characteristic elegance and freshness. The Saignèe method (gentle must extraction without pressing) gives the wine juiciness and complexity. The stimulating bouquet is reminiscent of dewy raspberries and wild strawberries. In the mouth the Pinosè presents itself; lively and elegant. The fine tannin framework gives this Rosato a surprisingly persistent-juicy finish.
