The single-varietal Barbera 'Filatura' has a very intense ruby red color. On the nose, this sophisticated Barbera is reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and jam with hints of vanilla. On the palate of great body, beautiful minerality and soft texture. The grapes come from a single vineyard whose soil has a high clay and limestone content, which gives the wine its unique mineral note. - Gerardo [TS02/14]
