The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro - here in the dry version - shows an intense ruby red color and purple foam crown. The aroma is persistent floral of red berries and fruits. Gerardo's Notes: Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is traditionally produced according to the 'Fermentazione Naturale', it is a natural fermentation, producing the typical carbonic acid. A fruity wine with all the attributes of a beguiling and sparkling summer wine. Assuming that the high reputation of this grape variety is due to its former quality, Medici Ermete produces wines that are unique for the product, producing a wine that has no equal in its kind. Where can you find a fruity, red, sparkling wine with fine fruit, no disturbing acidity, without noticeable tannins and a fragrance that makes your mouth water.
