This cult wine was born from the idea of producing Amarone in its purest and most natural form. This begins with the obsessive selection of the grapes (limited to a maximum of half a kilogram per vine) and continues with a second, rigorous selection after the grapes dry for 100 days. The wine rests for 3 years in special unroasted barrique barrels and then in bottle.
Senza Titolo is dark ruby red color and only slightly lightening edges in the glass. On the nose the typical aroma of berries and plums complemented by forest floor, mint leaves and vanilla. On the palate aromatic and alcoholic, of complex structure and powerful tannins. Concludes the long finish with majestic sweetness. - Gerardo [TS08/12]
