The basic amarone is also given full attention at Musella: after drying, the grapes lose 35% of their own weight, concentrating fructose, aromas and tannins. "Dark bright ruby red with a tendency to garnet. Opens on blood orange, ripe rosehip and fresh wild strawberry, in the reverberation light spicy note, some undergrowth.
