Pinot-Bianco DOC 2019

  This Pinot Blanc is a grape selection from the best vineyards on the edge of the Adige Valley in the near vicinity of the winery. It thrives under a particular microclimate and on optimal soils of a stony, sandy and highly calcareous nature. The low yields per hectare and the particular terroir are reflected in the extraordinarily high level of quality. The fascinating interplay of tradition and innovation, of man and nature, of sense and sensuality is intended to express the passion and sensitivity with which Peter Zemmer gives life to this wine. - Gerardo
