A wine with a wide and colorful range of fruit aromas. Juicy, tasty and with an inviting and persistent persistence. The color is a greenish pale yellow, with a characteristic aroma of banana and melon. The palate is dry, fresh and lively with a pleasant fullness. - Gerardo

Gerardo's Notes: To emphasize the fruitiness of the wine, the grapes are macerated with the grape skins for a few hours before pressing. Then the grapes are gently pressed and clarified from the lees by natural sedimentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with pure cultured yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19 degrees Celsius in stainless steel vats.
