The Pinot Grigio impresses with its straw yellow color and golden reflections in the glass. Fresh fruit notes unfold on the nose, complemented by subtle hints of bread crust and white flowers, which lend the wine an elegant complexity.
On the palate, it is pleasantly dry and soft, accompanied by a fine mineral freshness that emphasizes its supple structure. A delicate hint of almonds on the finish rounds off the taste experience. This wine is ideal with light dishes, seafood or mild cheese. - Gerardo [TS10/16]
