The Cometa Fiano shines in the glass in an intense straw yellow with greenish reflections and already promises great elegance visually. A multi-faceted, expressive bouquet unfolds on the nose with notes of white peach, pineapple and mandarin, interspersed with cool accents such as peppermint and Mediterranean nuances of camomile and wild thyme. This variety of aromas impressively reflects the botanical richness of Sicily and gives the wine a beguiling freshness.
On the palate, the Cometa is powerful yet supple, with a fine balance of silky texture and lively, almost salty minerality. The structure is multi-layered and precise, and the long finish delights with varietal clarity and depth.
