Deep straw yellow with pronounced greenish reflections. Intense, almost penetrating. Aromatic nuances mainly of white peach, pineapple, tangerine, peppermint, reminiscent of Mediterranean flora such as chamomile and wild thyme. Powerful and elegant, Cometa moves dynamically between gentle sensations and pronounced scents of the seashore. Gerardo's Notes: 'Cometa is produced exclusively from Fiano grapes. This ancient grape variety is known as one of the most important Italian grape varieties. Fiano combines elegant and rich aromas of lychee, white peach and aromatic herbs with great richness and minerals, giving wines that can age in bottle. This wine is ideal with Mediterranean shellfish and seafood.
