This Riesling is an exciting discovery from an experimental trial planting on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. With its pale yellow color and greenish reflections, it is a real eye-catcher in the glass. The bouquet seduces with intense aromas of rosehip, white peach, jasmine, green tea and orange blossom, giving it a floral and fruity freshness.
On the palate, Riesling Eruzione 1614 is slender and agile, with a perfectly balanced structure supported by lively acidity. The wine is light yet complex, with a pleasant minerality that can be traced back to the volcanic soils of Mount Etna.
