"Pale shimmering greenish yellow. Comes on the nose fresh meadow herbs, peach blossom, a touch of orange zest. Gentle attack with well-integrated acidity, pleasantly mineral, builds good tension, then slight restraint on the back end, finishes on salted lime." - Falstaff
