Burdese is an impressive cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc - a tribute to the great Bordeaux wines, interpreted with the power and sun of Sicily. In the glass, it is a dense, concentrated ruby red, while the complex bouquet reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, sour cherries, cocoa and a fine mineral undertone.
On the palate, the Burdese unfolds with deep, balsamic elegance, supported by a silky texture and remarkable structure. The fine-grained tannins blend harmoniously into the full body, giving the wine balance and length.
