Straw yellow color with light green reflections. In the nose apple notes, typical of wines from high altitudes. Well discernible mineral notes reminiscent of mint. The primary aromas evolve with time. Acidity and freshness, as befits the wines of Etna. Long and persistent, full-bodied. - Gerardo [TS08/23]
