The Passito di Noto presents itself in a bright golden yellow in the glass and seduces with an intense, complex bouquet. The aromas of dried apricots, mango, orange peel, medlars and dates are accompanied by sweet pistachio cream and vanilla, complemented by fine notes of citrus fruits, Darjeeling tea, mimosa, orange blossom, ginger and sesame - a true symbol of Sicilian confectionery.
On the palate, the wine is full, creamy and dense, with the balanced sweetness harmoniously caressing the acidity and alcohol. The lively acidity ensures freshness and a rich, long finish that allows the complex aromas to linger. A passito of great elegance and impressive depth. - Gerardo [TS10/25]
