Of a delicate straw yellow color, Riflessi Frizzante gives itself elegantly with floral notes of flowers and tropical fruits on the nose. Dry on the palate, fresh and pleasant on the finish, this sparkling wine shines in a cuvee of Trebbiano and Malvasia. Riflessi frizzante is excellent as an aperitif and as a successful change from Prosecco - also very suitable in combination with fish dishes such as seafood salad, mussels and fish risotto. - Gerardo [TS10/17]
