The Spumante Brut Aragosta Rosé is a refined, dry sparkling wine made from indigenous Sardinian grape varieties. Its pale pink color gives the wine a delicate elegance, while the medium perlage ensures a lively freshness. The Aragosta Rosé is dry on the palate, with the typical mildness and lightness of the Sardinian grape varieties coming through harmoniously. Gerardo's Notes: Aragosta Rosé Brut is a sparkling wine of the famous Aragosta line, which is obtained from the soft pressing of red grapes expertly grown in the wine-growing area of Alghero between the villages of Santa Maria La Palma, Guardia Grande and Sa Segada. The grapes are vinified using the Charmat method to obtain a fresh, light and fragrant sparkling wine.
