  The “Kastélt” Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva from the Schreckbichl Winery is an impressive expression of South Tyrolean winemaking. The grapes come from selected vineyards around historic wineries, which give the wine its clear origin and expressive terroir. After harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in barriques and large wooden barrels, which gives the wine depth and complexity. This careful production method ensures a balanced and harmonious wine that reflects the authenticity of the region.

In the glass, the “Kastélt” presents itself in a deep, almost impenetrable red, which already gives a visual hint of its concentration and density. The bouquet unfolds aromas of ripe cassis, dark forest berries, and fine toasted aromas reminiscent of cigar boxes and fine wood. On the palate, the wine is powerful with elegant spice and velvety, well-integrated tannins.
