  The “Pfefferer Pink” from the Schreckbichl Winery is a lively rosé wine that embodies the lightness and freshness of South Tyrol. Its name refers to the historical significance of the pepper trade in the region and reflects the floral elegance of the wine. The grapes—a harmonious blend of Merlot, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc—thrive on sandy and calcareous soils, which give the wine its characteristic freshness. After a short maceration period, the grapes are pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas.

In the glass, Pfefferer Pink presents itself in a delicate pink tone with slight coppery reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of red berries, especially strawberries, accompanied by subtle peach notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a pleasant spiciness reminiscent of nutmeg.
