Chardonnay DOC 2024

  The Sirch Chardonnay from the Friuli Colli Orientali region stands out with its straw-yellow color and subtle greenish reflections, which already hint at its invigorating freshness. The nose reveals an elegant, complex bouquet reminiscent of creamy baked goods and delicate pastel notes—light flowers such as elderflower and jasmine combine with hints of ripe exotic fruits, mango, and pineapple, creating a multi-layered interplay of fruitiness and floral finesse.

On the palate, this Chardonnay captivates with its harmonious balance of juiciness, minerality, and fine acidity. The texture is full-bodied yet delicate, with fruit aromas of pear and tropical notes giving way to slightly balsamic and nutty nuances, accompanied by a lingering freshness and pleasant length.
