 € 12,95 = 17,27 €/L

The Ribolla Gialla presents itself in a light straw yellow with fine greenish reflections that visually emphasize its freshness. The nose reveals a fine, delicate bouquet of white spring flowers, complemented by fruity notes of white cherry, juicy apple and invigorating citrus notes - an aroma of remarkable clarity and elegance.

On the palate, the wine is lively and mineral, with a firm structure and elegant acidity. Light citrus notes accompany the fine, precise interplay of aromas, which continues in a fresh, slightly balsamic finish. An extremely charming, animating white wine - ideal for light starters or simply as an aperitif. - Gerardo [TS10/26]

With its straw-yellow color and subtle greenish reflections, Sirch's Ribolla Gialla visually embodies its fresh, lively, and elegant nature. On the nose, it unfolds a delicate bouquet of white flowers and subtle fruit notes such as white cherry, apple, and subtle citrus—a bouquet of remarkable clarity and refinement. The mineral component of the terroir, characterized by the typical Ponca soils of marl and sandstone from the Friuli Colli Orientali region, gives the wine an additional fine, almost salty tension that subtly emphasizes its origin.

On the palate, Ribolla Gialla reveals a lively acidity and crisp freshness that makes the wine appear dry, clear, and invigoratingly fresh. Its texture is light yet structured, with a fine minerality and an elegant balsamic finish that lingers and gives the wine depth. The centuries-old history of this grape variety is particularly noteworthy: Ribolla Gialla is one of Friuli's indigenous varieties and was already known in the 14th century; its name derives from the local dialect and refers to its early importance in the region. This historical background, combined with the unique combination of soil and climate in the Colli Orientali, gives the wine an authentic regional identity that can be felt with every sip. - Gerardo [TS10/26]
