Sauvignon DOC 2024

  The Sirch Sauvignon from the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC region appears in the glass in a bright straw yellow color with subtle green reflections, immediately revealing its freshness and clarity. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and gooseberry, combined with green notes of bell pepper and fresh grass, accompanied by a hint of floral nuances. This aromatic diversity reflects both the purity of the grape variety and the special terroir of the rolling hills and calcareous soils where the Sirch winery's grapes thrive and which characterise the Colli Orientali terroir.
