  The Sauvignon “The Wine Collection” from the St. Michael-Eppan winery embodies an exceptional expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety - from a strictly limited collection of the finest vintages, using only selected grapes from outstanding locations in Eppan. It is characterized by vinification with cool maceration, gentle pressing, and subsequent aging in barriques and large wooden barrels, followed by prolonged storage on the fine lees - this maturation process gives the wine depth, structure, and remarkable longevity.

In the glass, the Sauvignon displays a bright straw yellow color with slightly greenish reflections. Its bouquet reveals a fascinating combination of exotic fruits such as gooseberry, white peach, and pineapple notes, accompanied by floral hints and a delicate salty minerality.
