The Cabernet Franc comes from vines that are around 30 years old, whose careful cultivation and long maturation period give this wine its depth and complexity. The extended maceration period allows the velvety tannins to blend harmoniously with the intense cherry fruit, creating a dense and multifaceted aroma profile. The nose presents ripe berry notes, accompanied by subtle hints of fresh fruit salad and a subtle vegetal nuance that elegantly underscores the character of the grape variety.
On the palate, the Cabernet Franc is balanced and full-bodied, with the typical spicy notes of the grape variety clearly coming to the fore.
