The vineyards of the balsamic producers in the Modena region stretch picturesquely over the Modena hills and are planted with typical grape varieties such as the sweet and aromatic Trebbiano grapes. These grapes, known for their ideal suitability for the production of balsamic vinegar, are cultivated and harvested with great care to ensure the highest quality. As early as the 1980s, this region began to focus increasingly on quality cultivation in order to ensure that only selected and home-grown grapes were used - an approach that laid the foundations for the excellent reputation of balsamic producers.

The production of balsamic vinegar in Modena has a centuries-old tradition that is characterized by the art of ageing and the selection of the best raw materials. Many producers attach particular importance not only to producing the famous Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale, but also to offering high-quality balsamic vinegars that are bottled under the strictest quality controls. These vinegars are often matured for just as long and are in no way inferior to Tradizionale in terms of taste and quality - and often at a more moderate price.

The combination of tradition, innovation and meticulous craftsmanship makes balsamic vinegar from Modena an unmistakable gourmet product.
