Grappa Delmè d'Or is a masterfully composed, barrel-aged distillate with an intense, amber-colored sheen. It combines the elegance and depth of all eight of Distilleria Pilzer's single-varietal grappas - Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Traminer, Pinot Nero, Schiava, Teroldego, Nosiola and Moscato Giallo. It matures for over five years in selected French oak barrels, developing complex aromas of roasted nuts, fine precious wood and delicate spicy notes that are perfectly integrated.
The name “Delmè” comes from the Cembra Valley and symbolizes the gesture of pouring the best for a valued guest - “te dago delmè”. This is exactly what this fine grappa embodies: a generous expression of the art of distilling, full-bodied, velvety and of remarkable length.
