Ed Bepino Grappa di Moscato is a pure distillate made from carefully selected Moscato grapes from small vineyards in the Barolo region. The fresh pomace is processed immediately after pressing in order to preserve the aromatic profile of the Moscato grape as much as possible. After distillation, the grappa matures for a longer period in oak barrels, which gives it additional depth and elegance.
On the nose, it displays the expressive aromas so typical of Moscato, with floral and fruity notes that are a clear reminder of the grape's origins. On the palate, Ed Bepino impresses with its velvety texture, gentle warmth and complex, balanced interplay between fruit, spice and delicate wood.
