The Grappa di Barolo Cannubi comes from one of the most prestigious single vineyards in Piedmont - Cannubi - and is distilled exclusively from carefully selected Nebbiolo marc, including that from the famous Fontanafredda winery. Its elegant, delicate amber hue is the result of careful ageing in wooden barrels, which gives the distillate additional depth and complexity.
The nose reveals fine aromas of spicy herbs and tea, which lend the fragrance a noble, almost meditative feel. On the palate, the grappa is intense yet precise - with clear contours, a clean structure and a remarkably long finish.
