The Incanto Grappa di Nebbiolo da Barbaresco is created exclusively from strictly selected pomace of the noble Nebbiolo grape, sourced directly from the prestigious vineyards of the Barbaresco DOCG area where they have reached full aromatic maturity. To capture the unadulterated essence of this royal grape variety, distillation is carried out very gently using the traditional discontinuous method in small copper pot stills heated by indirect steam, ensuring that even the most volatile aromatic compounds are preserved and the fine character of the raw material is not compromised by overheating.
Following this careful distillation process, the spirit undergoes an extended maturation phase in selected barrique barrels, which not only bestow a warm amber color upon the grappa but also develop an exceptionally soft and elegant bouquet with harmoniously integrated wood notes.
