Biancolilla olive oil is a true masterpiece of the Sicilian olive oil tradition, obtained from the autochthonous olive variety of the same name. It has a delicate, delicately fruity aroma with hints of almonds, green tomato and fresh herbs, which is emphasized by its light golden-green color.
On the palate, it is pleasantly light with a subtle sweetness, accompanied by a fine spiciness and gentle bitterness. This harmonious combination makes the oil particularly versatile and an ideal accompaniment for steamed fish, summer salads or fresh bread with sea salt.
