  Marchesi Antinori's Il Bruciato Bolgheri Rosso is a vibrant expression of the unique terroir of the Tuscan coastal region of Bolgheri. This wine combines the classic grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah into a harmonious cuvée that reflects the diversity of the soils and microclimates of Tenuta Guado al Tasso. The grapes are carefully selected and benefit from the proximity to the sea, which ensures a temperate climate and promotes the ripening of the berries. After harvesting, gentle vinification takes place, followed by aging in barriques, which give the wine additional complexity and structure.

In the glass, Il Bruciato presents itself in an intense ruby red with purple reflections. The bouquet unfolds aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blackberries, and cherries, accompanied by spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and balanced, with velvety tannins and a lively acidity that gives it freshness. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant fruitiness and subtle spice that reflects its Bolgheri terroir origins.
