In the sandy, limestone-rich soils of the Is Solinas vineyard, the vines benefit from the salty sea air and stony terraces - a terroir that gives the wine a distinctive minerality and Mediterranean spice. The vinification process follows a careful concept: controlled maceration, maturation in French barriques, and aging that promotes both depth and elegance.

In the glass, this Carignano shines with a dense ruby red color and violet reflections - a sight worthy of homage. The bouquet unfolds juicy aromas of black currants and ripe plums, complemented by balsamic herbs, spicy licorice notes, and a hint of undergrowth that hints at its special origin.
