Barolo Cannubi is the result of decades of experience, combining all the complexity and elegance of the Barolo area. This vineyard, where two geological formations - Sant'Agata Fossile and Arenarie di Diano - meet, creates a unique terroir that gives the wine its unmistakable characteristics. The Barolo Cannubi has a deep, intense ruby red color in the glass. The bouquet is multi-layered and complex, with aromas of ripe Amarena cherries and wild blueberries, accompanied by subtle spicy scents such as black cardamom and a fine note of licorice. On the palate, this Barolo is exceptionally precise and balanced. The tannins are powerful yet supple, perfectly integrated into the fruity and spicy aromas. The acidity is lively and harmonious, making the wine an elegant, well-structured pleasure experience. The finish is long and intense, with an elegant aftertaste of herbs and earthy notes that perfectly reflect the terroir.
