The Spumante Rosè Cuvée was born from the idea of a sparkling wine with a rosy hue, inspired by the potential of the grapes already used to make Rosa dei Frati. Its fine perlage and dusky pink color hint at its potential right from the start. The nose is elegant, with salty notes that fade into hints of small red fruits and rose petals. Pleasant and tasty on the palate, with fruity undertones that underline its elegance.
