The Langhe Chardonnay Valentine is Giulio Grasso's personal homage to his daughter Valentina and at the same time to the Burgundian wine culture that has shaped her passion for wine. This unfiltered Chardonnay impressively combines French elegance with the expressiveness of the Piedmontese terroir.
In the glass, the Valentine presents a fine balance of mineral, creamy and subtly roasted aromas. On the palate, it impresses with a lively acidity that merges into a soft, harmonious mouthfeel.
