Fresh and very drinkable, this Nebbiolo from Ca' del Baio is fermented for a shorter time on the grape skins and then aged in stainless steel tanks. Of bright red color and ruby red inclusions in the glass, the bouquet is reminiscent of dried flowers and raspberries. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, unstressed by medium-bodied tannins.
