  The red wine “Cabernet Monte della Guardia” from Ca' Lojera, south of Lake Garda, grows on moraine-like hills with calcareous and clayey soils - a terroir that gives the grape a powerful expression and elegance at the same time. The name “Monte della Guardia” refers to this hillside location, where views and viticulture go hand in hand. In the cellar, the winery relies on controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and stylish aging in steel to clearly preserve the varietal structure of Cabernet while creating space for mature depth.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a deep ruby red with violet reflections - a visual sign of its presence. The nose reveals aromas of dark cherries, ripe blackberries, and a hint of dried herbs, paired with fine spice and restrained wood tones. On the palate, the wine shows beautiful fullness and clear structure: the fruit remains lively, the tannins are present yet harmoniously integrated, and the finish is elegant and lingering.
